Your job goes live on the tester board immediately, and vetted testers claim open slots themselves, usually within a day or two. Want someone specific? Invite testers directly from the tester directory instead of waiting on the board.

Get the replay and report.
You review the recorded session and written findings, then accept the work, or flag a problem within the review window if the quality falls short.
